Wiggle Winddown is a soft place to land.
You’ll see this FREE space pop up at markets and community events around Lethbridge:
a small, thoughtfully set-up space designed for caregivers and little ones to pause for a minute. Somewhere to sit, take a breath, reset, and then head back out when you’re ready.
It’s simple on purpose. Pillows, a bit of quiet, sometimes a few gentle tools or activities, always a feeling of “you can stay here for a moment.”
If you see us, stop by and say hello.

You’ll find The Wiggle Room tucked into the Kids Zone at the Lethbridge Electronic Music Festival, where we’ll be bringing low-pressure, family-friendly activities.

Join The Wiggle Room at Nature Play Fest, Lethbridge’s largest outdoor children’s festival, for an afternoon of connection, creativity, and play.
We’ll be bringing one of our signature play-based pop-up experiences to the park, designed to spark imagination, encourage movement, and invite families to slow down and enjoy meaningful moments together.
With 20+ activity stations hosted by local organizations, families can explore everything from nature-inspired crafts to outdoor adventures like kayaking and loose parts play.
This free, family-friendly event is the perfect way to kick off summer and celebrate the magic of outdoor play. Come find us, get a little silly, and step into The Wiggle Room.

Coulee Cleanup @ Helen Schuler Nature Reserve
Want to keep our coulees beautiful? 🌾 Help us protect the heart of Lethbridge!
Presented by KindEarth Collective and The Wiggle Room, we are gathering for a Coulee Cleanup at the Helen Schuler Nature Reserve. Whether you’re a lifelong local or new to the river valley, this is a chance to give back to the land we love to play on.
In previous years, local teams have cleared up to 13 bags of trash from this area. Let’s keep that legacy of stewardship going!
When: Saturday, May 30 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Where: Meeting at Helen Schuler Nature Centre
Terrain: Flat land (perfect for toddlers and young children!)
We Provide: All cleanup supplies.
You Bring: Sturdy shoes, water, and sunscreen.
Let’s hit our goal of 20 volunteers! RSVP and help us keep the river valley pristine.

Join The Wiggle Room, Mom & Me Academy, and Tender Hearts Toolbox for a moment of pause.
We’ll be offering a simple, supportive space during Flora’s Walk for moms, babies, and caregivers to take a break, recharge, and connect. Expect a cozy spot to sit, a baby-friendly area, and a welcoming presence. No pressure to stay, just come as you are.
Rooted in Whimsy: A Fairy Garden Night
Join us for a cozy, hands-on workshop where you’ll design and build your own miniature fairy garden from start to finish. Whether you come solo or with a friend, this is your time to unwind, create something beautiful, and reconnect with a little bit of whimsy.
Each guest will receive a custom laser-cut fairy garden kit from Celsius Designs to paint, assemble, and bring to life. We’ll provide all paints, supplies, and a small plant to make your tiny world feel truly alive.
This is more than just a craft night. It’s a chance to reset, make something with your hands, and slow down in good company.
Light food and beverages will be available as part of the experience.
