The Wiggle Room YQL is a nonprofit society in Alberta.

We are building Lethbridge's first full-service family wellness and play centre designed for young children and the people raising them.

We focus on play, connection, and early childhood development, creating a space where both children and caregivers can thrive.

We’re currently hosting pilot programs, specialty community workshops, and family-friendly events.

Our dedicated Wiggle Room YQL play gym & wellness space is planned for January 2027.

More than just a play gym, The Wiggle Room prioritizes care and comfort for caregivers as well as their children. While many spaces in Lethbridge are family friendly, they tend to cater to older age groups. The Wiggle Room is designed for young children aged 0-6, their caregivers, and their older siblings.

The Wiggle Room YQL will include on-site beauty services, wellness activities, shopping experiences, and more.

Most programs require pre-registration, as we intentionally keep group sizes small to create a calm, comfortable, collaborative environment.

Yes. While many programs are designed with moms in mind, grandparents and other caregivers are always welcome.

We value intergenerational connection and creating spaces where families can show up together.

We believe every family deserves opportunities to play, connect, and belong. As a nonprofit social enterprise, we're working toward a fee assistance program, sponsored memberships, and flexible pricing options that help make The Wiggle Room more accessible while ensuring the long-term sustainability of our programs and space.

During our LSCO phase, food and beverages are available through the on-site diner or during select events.

Our full café experience will be part of our permanent space in 2027.
